 Frank's Story:
I started running at the ripe age of 13 for West Potomac High School. I captained the VA state runner up team in XC my junior year. At Mary Washington, I set three school records in track and field and earned All American honors in XC(16th in the nation). Upon completion of college I started working at Pacers to run on the racing team. I am currently the manager of the Logan Circle location.

My current goals are to have a Pacers team place well at XC club nationals and run a quick 5k outdoors. Long term goals are to qualify for a national championship in track.
